We are an independent firm of solicitors and our aim is to provide a high quality service to you by dealing with your matter as effectively and expeditiously as possible and to secure a satisfactory result so that you and any of your family, friends or colleagues will use our services at some stage in the future should the need arise.

During the course of the matter you will be kept fully advised of all developments on a regular basis either by telephone, e-mail or by letter, and where appropriate forwarded copies of any relevant correspondence. You are, of course, quite welcome to contact your lawyer for a progress report at any other time. We are always happy to meet with you but on appointment only, we regret we cannot see you without an appointment. If for any reason your matter is transferred to a new lawyer to deal with, your new lawyer will telephone you to introduce themselves.

Please note that you will immediately be advised of any developments in your case as and when they arise and your instructions will be sought if there is perceived to be any change to the current case plan.
