Our latest product is being launched at the beginning of April,
is an electronic form solution, which would allow any organisation to send out
a web based form to customers, rather than doing this using a paper based
system and the royal mail.
Once completed by the client the data can be sent in raw xml
format or converted in to a word or pdf documents and imported directly in to
the senders document management systems.
The first example of this will be used by our hipsworld.com
users in relation to a property information questionnaire. This is a new
mandatory form in a HIP which all house sellers will have to complete from the
6th April.
Clearly it is more cost effective for everyone concerned and
better for the environment if the information is gathered on line rather than
the completion of manual forms. Whilst it is the intention to market this
product primarily to lawyers who wish to gather information in a host of areas
about their client’s matters, we believe it could also be marketed to any
industry segment where a company or public body has a requirement to collect
data from customers or clients on a mass basis. The production and data types
of each form can simply be created by the e-forms user and tailored directly to
their own needs.
