About us
Starting in 2003, LFS has
become a major supplier to the property industry providing online software
solutions to Law Firms, Estate Agents and Home Information Pack Providers.
Our original LFS product now
known as www.convworld.com is used by hundreds of estate agents and law firms
who want to work together, without the need for panel managers. In 2007, we saw
over 8,000 sale or purchase transactions incepted on LFS each month.
Our dedicated team can
assist both estate agents and law firms, to maximise the potential benefits of
working together by providing training and support of our products. We also
offer advice on how best to implement the sale of conveyancing to the general
public and on different strategies in the sale of home information packs.
Our Hipsworld product is one
of the leading Home Information Pack (HIPS) software platforms. It was
initially used by over a 30% of all hips produced during the CLG‘s area trials
and is now utilised by around 8% of the total HIPS marketplace. We continue to
innovate and bring new products to the market and will strive to bring further
cost savings using online technology to those in the property services
industry.
